Iain personally sources and searches out quarries from around the world, many of which produce unusual and unique stone. Small independent quarries hidden deep in the countryside have been persuaded to part with their well kept secrets, ensuring that Hard Rock Flooring customers benefit from some very rare finds. Many customers return time and again knowing they will be afforded the same special treatment that only real enthusiasts with real knowledge can provide.

Iain Marfleet, owner of Hard Rock Flooring is a committed supporter of The Tall Ships Youth Trust. He first became involved and signed on board his first voyage some 20 years ago, and has been hooked ever since. “Supporting and encouraging young people from all walks of life is a very rewarding experience. The young people come from diverse backgrounds, some from disadvantaged situations. Joining part of the team on a sailing trip really brings out team spirit and we all come away with fantastic memories, having made great friends and experienced the odd hang-over at the same time. For me it’s a way of helping a great cause as well as having fun.”
